Stereo Sanctity is a music & entertainment PR and marketing company based in London. Handling coverage across print, online and social media platforms, we bring a wealth of experience, contacts and energy to the board. The aim is to provide fresh, well thought out publicity campaigns with a touch of ingenuity, lots of hard work and plenty of panache.
After spending my teenage years writing for various music web sites (predominantly Drowned in Sound), I studied Journalism at University before moving to London and setting my sights on the world of music PR.
My first proper role was as office assistant and resident indie kid at Division Promotions, working on their diverse roster of artists from The Walkmen to Gallows. After a few years, I moved to Biglife Management to head up their in house PR team, overseeing press, online and social media campaigns for acts including Scissor Sisters, Richard Ashcroft, La Roux, The Charlatans, The Drums and Klaxons. At the same time I also built my own client list, taking on acts such as Zola Jesus, EMA, Wild Flag, Pulled Apart By Horses and more to work alongside those artists managed by Biglife.
In 2012 I decided to take the leap and set up Stereo Sanctity (named after my favourite Sonic Youth song, naturally!). During the past few years we have been very lucky to work with some incredible clients, from PR work with those acts previously mentioned, through to doing social media management for National Geographic Home Entertainment.
In 2013, Stereo Sanctity became a duo when Frankie Davison joined the team!
Whilst pondering life studying philosophy at university, I decided working in music PR was the one for me. Moved down to the Big Smoke straight after graduating & landed myself an internship at Dummy, followed by a short stint in the PR department at XL Records. Luckily KP took a chance on me and the rest is history.
Just spreading the word about the stuff we love.
